Offer Not Available In Guam?

Ok...I'm not sure what I think about anything. Maybe I live in a big ass bubble, but I didn't realize that there was a Macy's in Guam. And, apparently, Macy's is having a sale that is not available in Guam. I wonder why that is...hmmmmm.
