What Time Is It?

Never really been into watches, it has something to do with getting that watch tan line during the summer. However, over the last year or so, I've been considering it more and more. Why is me getting a watch such a taxing thought....hmmmm???? Anyway, it seems as if nicer, and more quality watches are being released, or is it just me? I've been think of a Tag or a Patek watch. Recommendations anyone?
