Changing Economy

There is an abundance of Florida land for sale.
I assume that people are finally starting to see that just because it’s a pretty place to live, doesn’t mean that it’s safe. So, they are trying to rid of their property now. This is definitely a renters market! In the mean time, we are right smack in the middle of a recession! Who didn’t see that coming?
