Wasting Money

Companies spend a lot of money on what they think is wise advertisement.
Between commercials, flyers, mailers, costumes, advertising pens , billboards, and newspaper ads…they spend, and waste millions of dollars. Would it not be wise to work on referrals? Why aren’t they using word of mouth…or maybe they are, but there is no focus on it. If companies were to work on their customer service, they would probably have more business because people like me who have more than one blog wouldn’t be able to bad mouth them like I did with Fed Ex. Something to think about.
