Chaos?

This year hasn't started off on the best note for me, and apparently the same for a lot of my friends. Yes, I am still Blessed & Highly Favored....I remain positive, & for the most part in good spirits, but it hasn't been easy.
The best is yet to come!
Today is a good day for me so far! Nothing out of the ordinary has happened. I'm playing run around, but it keeps me busy so I'm not complaining.
Ever heard of the phrase "when it rains, it pours"? Seems like around tax time EVERYONE wants to send you a bill saying you owe them something, lol! I received two letters today, one from Georgia State student loans, another from NYDMV. But what I think is odd is I have never received a bill from them, EVER.
Georgia State says that I owe them for student loans.....wait a second....I didn't attend Georgia State.
NYDMV claims that as a New York State driver," which is a privilege to be", I have to pay a Driver Responsibility Assessment for a ticket that I received in 2005...that I paid for in 2005.....wait a second....I don't even have a New York State license, I'm from Georgia with a Georgia license. Apparently, if I don't pay the assessment tax, they will suspend my NYS license...SUSPEND AWAY, FREAKING IDIOTS!!!!
