Which Direction Is Music Going In?

I don't completely agree with the whole "Hip Hop Is Dead" theory, however...

Between the Chicken Noodle Soup song, and the latest that I just heard by Lil' Mama called Lipgloss(It's Poppin), I can't really say where it's going.

I'm a HUGE music fan, to the extent I used to buy everything that came out on Tuesday's. EVERY TUESDAY!! But now, I can't even stomach most of the new releases.

I mean seriously...Chicken Noodle Soup with a soda on the side????? Are you serious????
