Middle Names

What do people think about when they give their children middle names? Or even first names??
Baby?
Porsche?
Candle?
Ubeldina?
Sunshine?

My sister, Ashley, is having her baby in June so we have been thinking of names. If it's a boy, it's going to be a Jr. But, if it's a girl... her first name will be Nevaeh, which is heaven spelled backwards. I LOVE IT!! And, I was given the wonderful opportunity to choose the middle name. Sigh, this is a difficult one because I want it to mean something spiritual, but it has to flow.
I like Mia.... Nevaeh Mia.... What do you think? It's not as bad as those other names listed above!!!!
Any suggestions???
