Slight FedEx RAGE!!!

Now that I've calmed down, I can actually discuss my FedEx "situation". So I sent a package to a friend of mine in Bedford, Virginia. The contents of the package is of no significance at the moment, but I will go over that later. So, I took the envelope to the FedEx place around the corner from my job on 10/06/2006, around 3 or 4pm. The package was to arrive in Virginia by Wednesday, 10/11/2006. Tell me why I received an e-mail on Monday, 10/23/2006, questioning whether or not I sent the package because he never received it. WHAT?!?! The fact that I was being questioned is one thing, but non-receipt of a package that I sent via FedEx, that I paid more than the cost of a freaking stamp, is something TOTALLY DIFFERENT! So, I pay them a visit... They tell me"sorry, we don't know where your package is, but here's an 800 number, maybe they can help you". AGAIN...WHAT?!?! Clearly, they don't know who their dealing with. Of course, I call the 800 number & nicely spazz out, lol. And guess what they say..."I'm sorry but we don't know where your package is, but, If you'd like we can file a claim for you". Once again...?... WHAT?!?! WHAT?!?! Ok, so, stay tuned.....
