NYC Streets

Today is another snowy day in NYC. Yes, it's nasty! But, all of us knew what was coming since early in the week. Everyone knew, including the mayor & the deptartment of sanitation. So why, may I ask, do the streets look the way they do? Where are the shovel trucks & the salt trucks? Why, once again, does it seem that no one is prepared? It seems as if this is the first time it snowed in NYC. I don't believe that we ran out of salt because we barely had a winter. And even on those snowy days...it looked the same it does today, A HOT MESS!!!! What's 'da deal NYC?
