I Love You Because...

I had a conversation with my mother early this morning, and she confirmed what I know in my heart to be true. When you love someone, or you are in love with someone, you can just BE! You are yourself in every sense of the word. There is no faking it, no phoniness, no different personality...that is unless of course you have one of those like most Gemini's do...and no eggshell's you have to walk on.

I've had friends, boyfriends, and even family members that I had to separate myself from. This isn't an easy thing to do, but it is something that I do to ensure that I don't stunt my growth.
Maybe that particular situation doesn't rank high on my priority list, or since I avoid confrontation, I avoid things that might take my anger and me to a different level. I often think about the people I have separated from. If you are reading this, know that I did it because I love you...and me!!! I just can't be fake about who I am! Or, at least I'm doing my best not to do so.
There are times in your life where situations are just too much for you to handle. Not that you can't, but there are times where mentally you’re just cluttered. You deal with priority first, and everything else will be dealt with at a more convenient time for you.

I titled this post in dedication to all of the people I love...that I have never had to be fake with...who allow me to be the Real Amber...flaws and all, still love me & don't judge me!
